REQUESTS

Please refrain from visiting the museum under the following circumstances.
(1) When afflicted by fever or other symptoms of a cold
(2) After testing positive for COVID-19 or close contact with infected individuals.

-Please wash hands and use alcohol disinfectant.
-Please keep a safe distance from other people.
-Please refrain from loud conversations.
-Purchasing tickets online in advance is recommended.

-Please refrain from use of flash photography, video, tripods, or selfie sticks. (Please note that photography may not be allowed in some exhibitions).
-Please do not use writing utensils other than pencils.
-Please refrain from talking on mobile phones.
-Please do not eat or drink (including candy, gum, etc.), or carry food and beverages inside.
-Please do not carry umbrellas inside. Please use the umbrella stand.
-Please put large luggage in the coin lockers with a returnable 100 yen coin or leave it at the reception desk.
-Animals other than assistance dogs are not allowed in the museum.
-Please do not run inside the museum.
-Please do not touch the exhibits, display cases, or walls.
-Smoking is not permitted in the museum.
-Please understand that staff may verbally warn visitors in order to preserve the artworks and ensure a comfortable viewing environment.
-The temperature, humidity, and lighting in the exhibition spaces are controlled to protect the artworks.
-Please refrain from disturbing other visitors in the museum.
-Please follow the instructions of the museum staff.

The rights of artwork creators are protected under copyright law. Photographs are allowed for personal, non-commercial use only. We ask visitors to refrain from posting photographs of artworks on social media, as this may violate copyright law.
Please note that publishing photographs showing other visitors may infringe on the portrait rights of those who appear in the photos.
Use of photographed works is the responsibility of the photographer. The museum assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
