The following visitors may enjoy discounted admission.

*Please present proof of current address (driver's license, insurance card, etc.) at reception.
-JAF members (and overseas auto clubs such as Show your Card&Save®, DISCOUNTS>>>REWARDS®, CAA Rewards®, and Show your Card!®)
*Please present app or member’s card at reception. Discount limited to member plus one guest.

Free admission

The following visitors are admitted free of charge.
-Children in junior high school or younger.
-Persons accompanying educational activities of elementary and junior high schools and special-needs schools.
-Holders of a certificate of physical disability, rehabilitation, or health welfare certificate for mental disability, along with up to one caregiver.
*Please present your disability certificate or Mirairo ID app at reception. (If necessary information cannot be confirmed on the screen, you may be asked to present the original.)

Please ask staff at the reception counter in the Entrance Hall. Cash, credit card (VISA/MasterCard), UnionPay, Electronic Money (IC Card, WAON, nanaco, Rakuten Edy, iD, QUICPay), and QR code payment is accepted.

-Free parking: 73 cars *Includes 2 handicapped parking spaces.
Please refrain from parking at nearby facilities.
-Large bus parking: 2 spaces
Please inquire in advance to use the large bus parking spaces.
-Bicycle parking

In order to avoid crowding for groups of 20 or more people or visits by bus, please apply here at least two weeks in advance. A representative will contact you.
A discounted rate is available for groups of 20 or more people.

If a preliminary visit is necessary, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Please refer to the Support Programs page to apply for programs such as gallery talks. *All of these programs are in Japanese only.

Please be aware
(1) Please indicate on the group application form or notify the museum in advance of plans to visit by bus.
(2) Please make sure the group is aware of and observes the "Requests to Visitors".
(3) Admission may be restricted to alleviate crowding.
